I need Skid/Flip
« on: January 16, 2009, 07:32:56 AM »
I'm looking for a heavy oil skid flip ball. My cell is strong but smooth I

want something strong throughout the lane and violent on the back. I was

looking into the virtual gravity, and before I just went and grabbed it I

wanted to post here to see if there is anything that deserves a look. I throw

between 15-16mph med revs and I track kinda high. I have most of my stats in

my profile. Any recommendations?

You said you like the Visionary Ogre SS but its too long. Try the New Breed Pearl it reads earlier than the Ogre for me with more angle into the pocket.

The new Rattler skids long and turns hard.

Do you NEED skid/flip or do you WANT skid/flip?  It's very hard to control.  --  JohnP

There's a ton.  The newest ones would be the Rising SE, 2nd Dimension appears to be crazy on the back end, Virtual Gravity and Hot Sauce Pearl.  There are also a ton of others for a wide range of oil like the Break Pearl, all of the Widows are pretty skip/flip, The Playmaker and the Emerald Vibe is very long and strong for the price.  Take your pick there really is no "right" answer.

Golf,

No lie my grand illusion with a 5x3 exactly like my cell and cell pearl had more on the back. When the cell started to check up the pearl just kept going no snap all arc, smooth arc. I had to take the polish off the GI and put it at 2k to calm it down. I won't to call it a bad ball but maybe I should have went with another drilling.

I had an original widow with the skid/flip layout, the thing had stupid backend.
I sold it at the time because I didn't care for the hook 20 boards @ 50 ft.

I've got a cell pearl its pin above ring finger 4 1/4pin to pap 60x40 It reads lane a little sooner than most pearls i've had. It certainly is the strongest pearl i've had or seen, but on the the backend its snaps and just plows the pins. Its never even thought of arcing.
