You have to consider the total cost, including shipping, on any item you buy off of e-Bay.  You can't point to $2200 for shipping and declare that it's too much.  Especially when the asking price is only $5.99.  It is a kinda cheesy way to get around paying sellers' fees, but it's done all the time.  Just ask yourself if it's worth $2205.99.  If so, bid; if not, don't.  Doesn't matter if it's $2200 plus $5.99 shipping or $5.99 for the ball and $2200 for shipping, it's the same out of your pocket either way.
