Bowling-specific exercise
« on: January 18, 2004, 12:27:04 AM »
Hey guys, as you know, a good physical bowling game can be helped with exercise or body conditioning/aerobics. I am most familiar with the squats, as most of a bowlers' power should come from his/her legs.

Are there any other bowling-specific exercises and stretches that you do for your wrists back, etc? Just curious.

I have the training manual.
It's ok - some good stuff in there, but it's kinda expensive for a spiral bound 40 page book (in my opinion).
Dr Briggs has some great stuff on his website, too, though, and he's really helpful if you contact him.
