Kung Fu anyone?
« on: August 05, 2004, 04:24:17 AM »
Saw a neighbor last night. Brought up Chris's mental game. She said Kung FU helped her late husband bear the pain of cancer. She said he had learned how to focus really well doing Kung FU.

She doesn't care for the Tiger Schulman stuff, she said the Kung Fu guy was more into mental stuff.

Hubby might go for that, his favorite show way back was King Fu.

Depends on what school(type) of Kung Fu.
Suggest Tai-Chi if mental and control (internal and external)is what you want. Looks real easy to learn but to master??? Just like bowling.
