Wasn't there a very recent post a new USBC rule about polishing a ball?

I either missed it, did a bad search or I just can't find it or my memory is failing.

Anyone else recall it or is my fantasy life that desperate?? :(

Well was looking at the new usbc rule changes for 2014-15 season, saw this change.

USBC Rule 18 – Bowling Ball – Altering Surface
The use of polishing machines during competition will be prohibited.
