Ideas for getting a new ball...
« on: April 01, 2010, 04:06:58 AM »
I've been using my Animal for 5 years now, avg 195 on non-competitive leagues, can crush the pocket blind-folded on most conditions.

My question is would is be beneficial to get a ball with similar stats (RG,Diff/Flare,Torque,Length,Back End,Hook) as my current ball to avoid any major changes to my drilling/technique.

The local pro shops doesn't give much insight into which ball to get and it's up to me to get them to work properly.

Also, I see a lot of used balls or sale, so I could in theory get a ball that is a couple years old like a Machine or U-Turn Particle Pearl that is almost the same as my current ball.
