My ignore list is gettin quite large from all the people who use the review section as thier personnal forum, and i seem to have to add 2 to 3 names a week lately......sad. someone needs to point these people to the proper aol pre-teen forums where they can discuss more appropriate things for there age like acne.

Thank you for reading my post.

i get the feeling these people like to be blocked, and thats why they cause trouble, so i dont give them the dignity of being blocked. Truth be known i dont have anyone ignored.

Maybe we should start a list of users that should be ignored? Not just because you have a personal issue with that person but because they post garbage in the Reviews section, for example.

When you go to check your messages on this site, there is an address book function that appears. I've used that to list some of the users whose posts I like to read, or people that I communicate with occasionally by PM. In the address book, if the user listed changes his or her username, it changes in the address book as well. Once or twice I've noticed a name in my address book that I didn't put there and had to figure out who it is based on who I put in there that seemed to have disappeared.
Due to some of what's going on on the site, I've reluctantly started an Ignore List. Do ignored users' names also change in the Ignored Users list when they change their names? If so, this is a great way to keep track of what these nuisances are calling themselves lately. If the Ignored Users list doesn't work that way, I recommend using the address book to keep track of them.

You all need to grow some thick skin and stop your crying. People who write about their ignore list is growing are more irritating than the people they write about. I've always said that bowlers are whining crying little babies that complain to no end. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! Little beeeeyothes!

"I've always said that bowlers are whining crying little babies that complain to no end. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! Little beeeeyothes!" sounds like some of the other trolls that are posting crap here.

pchee2: Thanks for providing a little sanity to this thread. The use of ignore lists shows emotional weakness. Using that convenient little ignore button to block out ideas (and realities) that are painful to read is simply an exercise in denial.
As far as the 'kiddy posts', they are easy to spot, so just move on! Making a big deal about their existence improves nothing.
