Improving this site.

Since Bruce seems ambivalent to moderating this site, I would recommend emailing all of the site sponsors and letting them know what a poor reflection the site is on their company.

bamaster what did you have in mind that would cost that much for a website? BTW do you program or just know how to setup PostNuke?

Silly

Mainly, the million would let me sip on pina coladas and get caught in the rain.

hehe

PostNuke is easy.  I've hacked my site pretty good. I know enough PHP and MySQL to be dangerous.  I do quite a bit of light code.

Actually, my background is in web strategy.  Bowling websites these days have lack of depth with no real community ownership.  Having market share of the online bowling world is nice, but share of customer is the holy grail of one to one marketing.  The Web is a marketing tool but most sites are not marketing driven, they are instead driven by sales.  Sales are the result of effective marketing. Ask Amazon and Dell, they understand this very well.

I ramble.

If I had the money I would quit my job and hire a couple developers and build allBowling from the ground up.  It takes money to code, support, and rebuild.  Online domination takes deep pockets.  Bowling is on an upswing and no one owns this market... yet.

i find it extremely bad business when someone from a business bothers to flame another user when he has a valid point, and while bowlersaidproshop mandy might not agree with his opinion she took it upon herself to be like every other little moron on here and flame him.

i for 1 will not even consider buying from bowlersaidproshop now.

FYI, bowlersproshop mandy is a spoof created to belittle the user bps-randy.  Read the posts in the Lane 1 forum where mandy was first created.  So the spoof Mandy will use any chance possible to discredit Randy.
