« on: June 11, 2008, 04:41:59 AM »
How would you increase rev rate on the ball I use to before my wrist injury be able to play 35-5 and it come back like strong.  Now after the injury has held and im trying to get back into the high revs and high speed its just not there idk if i have forgotten how to throw it or if im missing something if someone can chime in here maybe that would jog my memory

Sounds like your body is telling you no more of this, if you dont listen it might happen again become a tweener or stroker and all will be good.

Grip less in the downswing. Focus on keeping your hand in a strong position at the release (7-8 oclock with the ring/middle finger). You can get good revs without ripping the coverstock off and risking injury.
