I am not familiar with the innovative oven, but I have my own that I built myself that I use frequently.  I use an orange based spray cleaner along with some cheap microfiber towels to remove the oil that gets baked out during the procedure.  After it is done bleeding, I will hit the ball with some Clean n Dull before taking the ball to it's final surface prep.

2. Try not to hurt others

I assume you are talking about the personal model.  A couple of years ago, I bought a NuBall oil extractor.  Works quite well.  Warms the ball up and the oil drips into a small cup in the bottom.  About $200.  As far as cleaning the Oil off the ball, just use a micro fiber towel and some cleaner.  Keep the in the extractor until there is no more oil bleeding from the ball.  Mostly it is a plug it in and forget it.  You should sand the ball at about 500 grit to open up the pores before putting it in the extractor.  When it is done, then sand it back to the desired finish.

Yea it makes the ball all wet of oil but I guess I gotta invest on some cleaner to get it off the ball

No, you don't.  The oil will drip down the ball into the catch pan.  May take more than 3 hours.  Have had some go as long as 8 hours.  Does not hurt the ball.

O maybe mine not the same. Instruction says 15 min each side which is 60 min. Should I try 3 hours anyways?

Mine says to place it in with fingers and thumb down.  Plug it in and let it go.  Has been tested for over 24 hours with no damage to the balls.  I suspect Innovative is the same.  If you want to wipe the intermediate oil off the ball, you can use a cleaner and paper towels.  I suggest testing on an old ball.  Put it in, holes down and let it work for 3 hours.  Check it every hour.  When there is no more oil on the ball, then it is done.
