Over the past several years, I have ordered a few small items from innovative.  A few drill bits, span gauge, some plug material, and other misc. supplies. 
Earlier this week I ordered a Bowlers Choice plug kit.  The package showed up two days later.  Plugged my first set of fingers last night.  This stuff is great...really easy to mix, no air bubbles, and it seems to take color really well.  And the price was really reasonable!  Kit comes with qt bottles 3:1 ratio, volumetric mixing cups, and stir sticks.

The best part, last night I received a call from Innovative to check on the order and make sure everything was OK, and to thank me for being a customer!  Offered to answer any questions and gave an open invitation to stop by their shop.

If you haven't ordered from John & co., give them a shot for your next order.  They do a great job.

Innovative no question has quality products. I don't think they own a monopoly on all good products, but I can't name one that's junk. The products they acquired such as Haus Resurfacung is also fantastic.
