Anyone know how to correct an interchangable thumb slug that is 1/4 of an inch too deep?

The sleeve was drilled too deep, so when I screw the thumb slug in, it is 1/4 in. deeper than the surface of the ball.

if you are sure is 1/4 too deep then adjust the sleeve 1/4 down.

You should have drilled a hole when it was new
