I am a chameleon... I think i have ADD. I will be in my downswing and i will lose focus and think about the position of my left hand and if my thumb is facing down and see it out of the corner of my eye and screw myself up.

I used to be a Panda. Is that possible? Before i started to be more competitive i would bowl with 2 fingers in the ball. Wouldn't really think about much, just roll the ball.

Now i focus what i want to do and try to visualize what i am going to do, and then my Squirrel moment happens.

I think it has to do with attention and effort.  If bowling was something you just did before and didn't really put that much effort into, then I think you could have just been an unrealized Chameleon.  I was the same way at first, I'd just go up there and throw the ball.  I'd still pay attention, but I didn't know what to pay attention to.  Once I started learning, that's when it really showed.

What would you be if you were attached to another object by an inclined plane, wrapped helically around an axis?

Panda.  After reading this, now I know the typical annoying "tourney hack" is a Chameleon as well as most people that are annoying at the lanes.
Long Gone also posts the honest truth which is why i respect him. He posts these things knowing some may not like it.

I would say that I am a Panda.   I bowl mostly on feel and what I see.  I see ball reaction in shapes and move off of what I see or what I might feel.  Many times I instinctively just move on the lane without any real analysis.   I couldn't tell you how many boards I moved with my feet or eyes at times when the lanes and transition are readable.   I think the best bowlers are somewhere in between the Panda and the Chameleon.
