I average 190 in one house and 180 in another, I am going to average 220
this year. Can any of you guess how?
I did learn how to throw a straight ball this year, and have actually been
missing 10 pins on the right side from the ball going too straight.
So this will help. Other than that, what else can I do?? I am going to see a
coach before I start fall leagues too.. this will all help but there is one thing that stands out.

Agreed InfernoZone300. I would say you need to average a turkey a game, throw clean games and keep opens down to a minimum (no more than two a night) to consistently be averaging 220. I know for my summer league I'm at 222 and my low series for the summer has been a 596, and that was a single pin fest where I made all of my spares.

You can do like most bowlers and go to an even easier house for your style.
