So, I finish up league and am taking a ball back to the locker on the other side of the house. I walk past a booth with a couple of guys having a beer and talking. One of them looks familiar and as I get about 30 feet past the booth, my mind goes...oh that was just Jason Couch.
I put the ball away, go back to introduce myself to just say hello. Was a brief conversation but he was very nice.
He is friends with the manager of our local pro shop and probably stopped in to say hello. Think they were having a late dinner afterward (guess).

Yeah he's a cool dude. I met him at a demo day at the ft wayne ball expo once and he was nice but unenthusiastic about showcasing balls...but that's ebi for ya.

Probably didn't help I had a "Motiv" polo shirt on, but that is what I throw now. ;-)

quite the opposite experience for me
he was here in town for demo days a few years ago and was bowling some pot games
guys got to pick the pattern to bowl on and we got to pick which demo ball for him to use
stayed after for a while, had some drinks, had some laughs (he is a great story teller)
very helpful and just fun to be around, you can tell why he has been with EBI for so long
I imagine its the same way with Parker and Brunswick
