wow...what a night...I think that's the best way to describe it. I shot a 718 Sunday night,and for the first time in a while, everything felt good. Spare shooting was right on, was hitting my target, couldn't have been happier. Had to bowl ahead for next week, so off to the lanes we went. Shot some practice balls, everything looked ok. Decided to use my Icon. Ok...first shot of the game...
Pocket 9-10....hmmm...ok...odd...but ok...picked it up.
2nd shot...Pocket 7-8....um....now something's really odd...
3rd shot...Pocker 5-7-10...this isn't cool...
4th shot...move a few inches up to see if I could start something...oh I started something alright...pocket 7-10....
5th shot...move back a few inches from normal position...a hair high...4-7-10.
Needless to say...this happened all game...for three games...I tried different balls, different lines, different hand positions...nothing was working...shot a very nice 469....

I have to say though, never had so much fun shooting a 469 and watching in amazement as what was left after pocket shots.
