I was bowling with my daughter who is 4 years old. Her first throw she left the 6, 7, 9, 10. She spared this in an very unusual way. The ball first hit the 6 and the 6 hit the ten. The ball hit the 9 second and then the ball rolled across the lane to hit the 7. Never thought of picking up a split that way.

Just try'n to keep it on the O LINE!

When my daughter was about 7 and first started bowling she actually made the 7-10 split the same way. The ball was so light and her speed so slow that once she hit the 7 pin the ball rolled across the pin deck and took out the 10.That was the one and only time I've ever seen it made.
