Interesting tournament format

Just saw this.  How about a tournament that is based on most strikes thrown?  Say for example you have a 16 lane house.  One ball on each lane, move to next higher lane after each ball, repeat 6 times for 96 total shots.  Most strikes wins.  Adjust the number of passes up and down to fit the number of lanes you have.  I think this might be fun.

You could also have a second division for less skilled bowlers where the most spares wins!  You could weight it where 1 strike = 2 spares.
