How can I get Ball Reviews to recognize me again?

For the last three or four days I have had to log in every time I come to ballreviews.com.  Previously, it would recognize me and log me in automatically.  I thought my computer might have dropped the cookie, but I accessed the privacy settings and specifically directed it to accept cookies from ball reviews, then logged in again.  I don't find a box to check on the log in page to make it recognize me again.  What do I have to do?  --  JohnP

Erase all your current cookies and let it place new ones there. That worked for me when I had your problem. No one had any real explanation, even the webmaster. I use Internet Explorer.

By chance to any of you that have had this problem use Norton System Works?
I never had the prob until I started using NSW and then it started I did fix it by telling NSW to ignore any content related to BR.com when it runs it's weekly maintenance scan.

Same problem here, all of a sudden it just changed.  I haven't deleted my cookies or run any other apps, thought it was just me.

Today I logged into BR and it recognized me!  I had given up, and had memorized my password.  Didn't do anything special to get it to recognize me, just as I didn't do anything special to make it stop.  Hope it continues.  --  JohnP

John, I've had this same thing happen two different times in the past and for what ever reason, it cleared it's self up within a day or so. Why, is beyond my knowledge.
