Are internationally released balls legal to use in the United States? If I was a a tournament and I wanted to use one, would I be able to?

Yes to the USBC if it appears on the USBC's approved ball list (viewable on www.bowl.com).

PBA regional? I don't think so, but a PBA member could answer that for you.

I was recently reading up on the rules and you can only throw an overseas ball in a PBA event if you are not from the US.
