"PinPal" app is amazingly deep in regards to statistical analysis, however, that''s it''s weakness, it''s purely numbers based (see below). Priced high for an app, so try it out before shelling out the money (but IMHO well worth it). The free version gives you full access, with the only limit being the number of games you can enter. You can also keep track of ball/house/oil pattern/add''l notes per game, multiple leagues, practice games. ***Keeps track of actual pins, not just score*** Much deeper analysis than "Bowling Buddy"
"12 Strikes" app has detail to add start position and target board (but ironically fails to add where you hit the pins), but nowhere near the statistical analysis that PinPal has.
