Is it best to start playing more direct on all fresh?
« on: April 13, 2011, 10:44:46 AM »
The topic is the question!  Is it always best to start with pin down balls on fresh and then as they break down move to something that would snap more?  House shots, sports shots, pba shots included.

"I love Caroline Dorin-Ballard.  I will plug CDB any chance I get." - Rob Stone. LOL. You make it too easy for us to pick on you Rob!

Just listened to a pod cast today of an interview with Mike Janesau (pretty sure I spelled that wrong). And that was basically what he said for any sport shots. They did not talk about house shots since they were talking Nationals stuff.

Sport Shots and PBA Shots absolutely!

Not necessarily as important on a house shat as the blend, the hold and the hook are already developed so playing straighter and breaking in the pattern is not quite as important but still can be done.
