Is it legal
« on: January 12, 2004, 10:35:04 PM »
Just wondering if u were playing league on let's say lanes one and two in your house and the lanes were so dry u had to play really deep, is it legal to start your approach on lane one if you are throwing on lane two? I have on rare occasions while practicing done this and I have to say it works well. Any one any idea if it's legal in league

Yes.  Just as legal if you were to foul on an adjacent lane.

Cheers bones! I may try it in league some time then if its legal then, but not for a while our house has started putting more oil down lately. May have had something to do with me lofting the ball 20ft down the lane.

IF the ball misses to the left and hooks into hard, try starting off facing the headpint two or so lanes to the right. Then try 3 etc. http://www.bowl4fun.com/ron/tip24.htm Worked for me.
