If you guys are interested we need to start working on a date. It looks like I will have a busy year this year coaching on the road so I need to get a BR gathering on the calendar. Let's start by everyone interested in attending post a MONTH ONLY...then we can narrow it down. We want to pick a date that the most people can live with. Right now JUNE is already out. I am too booked up that month.
Also let me know if you have any special events you would like to do.
I will offer free coaching to all that are interested. I will also buy the first beer
I am sure we have a lot of new members on the board that were not around for the last gathering. So those of you that were here last time may want to post if you have a good time or not.
This would be at Creekside Lanes in Winston Salem, North Carolina
Where bowling only cost $1.50 a game and the coaching is free....for that weekend

For those who couldn't make it last year, what a shame. I learned more from 1 weekend with Ron than the previous 50 years of bowling. As a coach Ron is unique. Doesn't try to revamp your game, just uses what you have and corrects flaws little flaws that hinder your delivery.

I could never express how great it would be for you to make it. Grab the Peach and fly out together.
The last I heard of the Harley it was headed to Ca. Something about living on the Peach
I plan to get the tapes out this week.....unless I am not happy with them yet...again. I won't stop till I get it right.
Well so far March, June and July are OUT!! I guess eliminating months is as good as picking one. I would not dream of planning a BR gathering without SrKegler

Sr, seems to think I could do my approach on top of a quarter
IF the approaches are fast then I barely move, just ask Sr.
I may have to send you a tape for a good laugh, and so you would
know what to expect when we have the get together.

There have been gatherings on the west coast. All you have to do is put one together. Pick a place, arrange a hotel, get some good bowling rates from a bowling center and plan it out. Then start a new topic and see who can come.
It's a little easier for me to have one because I am a fairly well known bowling coach and people will come all over the country just to watch me work for free.
I guess it also helps that I am one of the owners of the bowling center. But belive me anyone can have a gathering in their area.

Bob and I are gong to try and meet up in June. I am not sure at this point if he is going to meet me in Reno or if I am going up to Oregon to meet with him.
I have to be in Reno the 2nd week in June but I am thinking of taking my wife and son out there for a couple weeks. I may try to line up a couple days of coaching work to help pay for the trip. Bob said he may know some people up his way that would sign up. This is all in the thinking out loud stage at this point but I would like to see it all come together. I know I would love to see Oregon.

I just booked my flight, rental car, and room. The Extended Stay America - Haynes Mall is $45/night in case anyone is interested. I am looking forward to seeing everyone from last year again and meeting up with the new ones.

Southwest flies into Raleigh Durham, about a 2 hr drive if I recall. The fare was under $300, but I didn't want the drive. I think Pchee found cheaper flights out of your area than I could find out of LA last year. I think he flew into Charlotte, a bit of a drive also.
I hope you can make it. It'd be nice to see you and the family again.
