Haas vs Spinner
« on: January 03, 2013, 06:43:12 PM »
When I see suggested time frame on a ball spinner....like 30 seconds all 4 sides, what would that be equal to for a Haas machine?

I was looking at some surface adjustment recommendations from Roto and Storm and always see a certain amount of seconds suggested and the lanes that I go to has a Haas machine so I wanted to translate to him the time frame a ball should be in the Haas machine vs a ball spinner. Also, when I see light pressure, is it best to just go the spinner route?

I am looking to adjust some surfaces without any polish....Haas best way to go?

Thoughts?

I don't think there is an answer for this... the Haus is far too random.

I've used both.    And I use the spinner more than the haûs machine.  For me If I have one or two balls to do and nothing else it's just easier to do them on the spinner.  If I've got a slew of balls to surface and a lot of drills to work on then I use the haûs machine to free up time

I use the haas primarily because I think I get more consistent results. My spinner has been relegated to polish duty.
