In a state tourney I went to a few months ago, my all boys team placed 1st in the handicap devision. It says we won $200 scholarship money. Is that 200 a peice, or 200 divided between us all? And also, how do I find my "smart account" I've herd so much about?

Your lucky if your team grts money! They only pay singles and all events in our state. Our team got 2nd. We were in first till like the last week. But, I took home a $250 scholarship for all events so its aight.  I think $200 a piece is a lot of money, so prolly divided. But, you never know...

BK, You're from PA correct?  Check
http://www.psyaba.org/Championships/2004%20Tourn/Team%20Event%20Awards.htm It shows the scholarship pay outs for state.  It also says the $200 is the total for all 4 bowlers.  Also there is supposed to be a link to SMART on Bowl.com under YABA.  The site is not responding, so it might just be general info, but should give you some contact info.

I was bored, so I decided to investigate for you.  BTW Congrats to you and your team!

Yes $200 to split. We took first in our state, and all i got was $50 bucks too.

The smart account is automatically created by yaba when you win scholarship. You will get a letter in the mail with information regarding your account, and all the info you need will be in there. The money is only avaliable 6 years after your high school graduation date.
