Title: Is there a place in the chicago land area?

Does anyone know of a place in Chicago or the burbs where I can get my release specs?  I'm talking about rev rate, tilt and rotation?  I know that some places have those computer set ups that calculate those fairly easy.  I forgot the name of the software these places use?
