The topic about changing hands to shoot corners brought this to mind.  For you 2 handers out there, when you throw your first shot, is one or the other hand "dominant?"  How about spare shooting - if one hand is dominant on the first ball, is the same hand dominant on the second?

Given that ABC does not allow you to change hands for corners, is there a problem if different shots have different dominant hands?  Or, are all shots played equally?
