Hey guys, I've been out of serious bowling for the last 3 years due to college, so it's been a while! Good news is that right now, the University of Virginia is in the process of getting a Club Bowling team together starting next year. I randomly found this out a week ago in a computer lab, so I'm really excited!

I've since gotten rid of most of my equipment, just keeping my Ogre Pearl, Tropical Storm, and Lane #1 Crystal Diamond for when I go for fun. I'm planning on getting a new ball sometime in the next month, so I can hit the lanes and try to get back into things for next year.

I loved my Ogre Pearl when I got it, and still do. I want to add a ball that's going to take on more oil than the Pearl, and immediately, I remember that I always wanted an Ogre Solid too. But like I said, it's been a while, and tons of new stuff has come out. Basically, I just need some advice on something that I can use for when my Ogre Pearl is too weak.

I'm left-handed, throw about 17mph, not sure my rev rate, but if I had to venture a guess, it's in the 300-350 range.
