I can change my track to be next to the finger and the thumb or i can have it on or above my finger holes which is better to have. And where would my pap be with my track above my fingers would it be in my palm?

If it's directly above the finger holes... I think the PAP would be under the thumbhole when looking at the ball with the fingerholes above the thumb, like this

As far as good or bad, I think a track above the fingerholes can't be too good.
