I don't mind watching him. I can't stand Randy Pederson kissing his a$$ for the entire telecast...just my thoughts

Belmonte can pull off an attitude without being hated, unlike PW.

I just don't like "experts" uhhh house hacks that think they're all that, bashing his style.

Why?  Why would you let something so petty bother you?  Why does it even matter what a house hack would think?

Per his bio:

"PBA Career Standard titles: (7) 2008-09 -West Babylon, N.Y.; 2011-12 - Chameleon Open, Las Vegas; GEICO Shark Open, Las Vegas; Pepsi Elite Players Championship, Las Vegas; Australian Masters. 2012-13 - Lucas Oil Bear Open, Milwaukee; 2014 - Oklahoma Open, Shawnee, Okla.

PBA Major titles: (5) 2013 - USBC Masters; 2014 - Barbasol PBA Tournament of Champions; USBC Masters; 2015 - USBC Masters; Barbasol PBA Tournament of Champions.

Awards: 2012-13 and 2014 Chris Schenkel Player of the Year; 2008-2009 PBA Rookie of the Year; 2011 Bowling ESPY award winner; 2012-13, 2014 George Young High Average Award; 2014 - Harry Smith Point Leader Award
."

So again, why would anyone care.....his resume speaks plenty.  I'm content with idiots being idiots.  Scoreboard don't lie.

How do you know all the people posting here are just "House Hacks"?

Are you sure he can pull it off without being hated? There's plenty of people who don't like him and you even stated that so I'm confused by your statement.

Like other people have said, why bother caring that other people don't like him? People are entitled to their opinion. Just because you like something or someone doesn't mean other people have to

A belmo fanboi created an account today to talk about belmo and says people talkin smack bout belmo. I don't think anyone here claims belmo sucks, I think a few claim his attitude sucks.

Pederson takes any opportunity to buff Belmonte's bishop. It's really quite unsettling.

I respect what he's done. But personally I would rather watch many many others on tv than belmo. I also think it's funny that someone creates an account to uh, defend him I guess?!
Sounds pretty silly

I certainly agree with SVstar and Good Times x2. I do not particularly like Jason Belmonte and will root for most people who bowl against him. But you have to give the guy a lot of credit for his accomplishments. He has brought an added interest to our sport at a time when bowling needs all the help that it can get.
