No, the recommendation is the same for everyone. When you start to notice performance loss, that's when it NEEDS to be done. Now, the accelerator solution has a cleaner in it, so it gets a super deep clean while it's taking the oil out. It's great for preventative maintenance, but the thing you have to understand that some people have had some trouble with is that if you Detox your ball before it's started to lose performance, you're going to run the treatment and notice zero difference in ball reaction. If there's no oil to be removed, it won't remove any, which will result in no change or net gain in ball reaction.
I don't know how other shops handle it, but if someone brings a ball in for a Detox, and I start the treatment and nothing comes out, I take it right back out and don't charge them. The previous manager of the shop would just run the treatment and charge them for it regardless of if there had actually been any oil in the ball, but that resulted in people who had treatments done on stuff that reacted fine before going out and seeing no difference in reaction and saying it was a piece of junk and didn't work. It's not a super charger, it won't add reaction to the ball, it simply removes oil and gives it a great deep clean. You can have treatments done as often as you like, just keep in perspective what the goal is and how it actually functions.
IZTPS has it changed your advice on how often to have oil extracted? Isn't the usual advice about 100 games? Just curious because of how new it is AND because it is so visual compared to the Rejuvenator.
