Peterson Arsenal
« on: July 28, 2004, 07:47:08 PM »
Well it is confirmed that Thong Princess, Pin kisser and I will be bowling the Peterson On Friday, August 6th at 6:30 pm.

I want to know what I should bring.  I am going to only bring two balls one of which is my plastic and the other is a urethane.

My question is what urethane to bring?  I have a black turbo, red hammer, purple hammer and a black phantom.

I will probably bring the black turbo.

What do you think?

As a side note.  What is the best line to play?

Rick -  Thanks for the heads up.  I look forward to seeing you guys.

Rick can one bring in a video camera to the lanes to film the stuff that goes on?

I'll be getting into Chicago on Thursday afternoon and I'll be staying at the Sheraton Hotel & Towers.  If you want to leave me a message I'll call you guys.

I have Friday, Saturday and Sunday pretty free.  My wife will be working.  I want to check out some blues clubs and check out whatever while I'm there.

Doc,
I actually don't know about whether or not they allow cameras of any kind in the tournament area.  I have never seen anyone with a camera in there, but that probably doesn't mean anything.  You might try calling 1-800-355-PETE for your answer.

I'm looking forward to seeing you at the Pete!

Doc,
Go to the lanes, find an OLD rubber ball and drill it straight up to fit.Leave EVERYTHING else at home. There is no line, there is no shot! It's all rocket to the pocket off the corner.Rubber carries better than plastic and urethane is too much ball.It is eight games of no wrist suitcase bowling. This is the only tournament that I advise heavy drinking.
You will not figure these lanes out.Don't even try.Just take advice above and have fun drinking cause this sure aint bowling.
