Ok, thought came up in one of the forum posts earlier.

i paid for my card in early september, and it hasnt shown up yet.

The paper slip receipt pakper thing you tear off the thing you fill out expired a while ago. 45 days after i paid? O.o

and idk what to do. USBC says it will come in my mail, but the only thing i get are these SMART account update mail letters. Whats going on?
