Title: junk phenom?

 I just bought a phenom, most Ive ever paid fore a freakin ball,hooks about as much as my plastic spare ball... any thoughts?

If your phenom is not hooking, its drilled wrong or you are not throwing it right. Like King said, give us some more info on you and the ball..

I have a Phenom and hooks a bunch with the box finish..

sounds like a case of operator error to me. I tried a buddies phemon drilled with the pin on his axis, and i cant even keep it right of the headpin.

My thought, extremely aggressive particle ball using up all of its energy.  Your ball speed and surface choice may not match up correctly.  Perhaps some polish?
