Seems I read..................

what turned into an argument about Lane#1 balls creating better carry for bowlers. Jabroni was adamant about his feeling that the bowler creates angle into the pocket therefore causing carry. He also possibly stated that the core had nothing to do with creating angle into the pocket.
Jabroni, if I am wrong in stating that you said any of this then I retract these statements and publicly apologize.
However,Track's own description of the GP2---never has the industry seen a  particle ball that is aggressive in the midlane WITHOUT GIVING UP ANGULAR,CONTINUOUS BACKEND MOTION in heavier oil environments.
Ebonite's description of the new Big Time which Tommy Jones used to win the PBA stop today is as follows: In medium to heavy oil conditions,Big Time featured length and strength in the front end WHILE BEING VERY ANGULAR AT THE BREAK POINT.
Now,I'm no genius, but it sounds to me like many of the newer balls are being made with core/coverstock combinations TO INCREASE ANGLE INTO THE POCKET.
Do drilling/release/ball speed/lane conditions factor into angle into the pocket?? Sure they do. But it seems to me that balls are getting specifically made to help bowlers carry that pesky 10 or 7 pin depending on if you're right or left handed----lol. And no offense is meant in any way to lefty bowlers here.
Again,Jabroni I have no doubt as to your knowledge. I'm simply stating that I respectfully disagree with your stance on this subject.
I'd welcome any reasonable replies to this thread. Agagin,if I'm wrong then I publicly apologize.
