To draw an analogy, I don't remember seeing Bela Karolyi win any medals or awards in gymnastics, but he is recognized as being one of the best gymnastic coaches of the 20th century.

1. Who cares?
2. There is zero correlation between skill at execution and skill at coaching. None whatsoever.
3. What does that have to do with anything? Price/cost is completely different from value received.

Went and used his controlling your hook ideas on a brutal condition for lefties.
Used his broken wrist and concepts of arm speed and extension....tore it up on a shot that has owned me for years! Also tried his timing ideas on 4 steps and felt very good.
He communicates in a way that seems to travel straight to ACTION for me!

My Grandpa (before the cancer got him) was very much the same... always doing his work... very energetic...
he lost his right hand during WW2 and still made firewood with his one hand and a smaller axe at the age of 70... no problem
well back to the topic...
didn't want to mention it cuase it isn't "the" achievement I was hoping to get still it worked out... with timing and hook adjustments I managed to shoot a 242 an absolut slick lanes... jsut letting the ball get down and in giving it a good strong hook (I normaly shoot in the left guuter this line but the oil was real slick today... high humidity and warm weather) and it wnet into the pocket like a mack truck (yeah... stressing the term
)beat the enemy team that game by 150 points (had to work agains +80 points handicap!)
That's bowling for me!

Billy Hall is a young version that is more in tune with the younger crowd, both guys ramble about stuff that seems worthless and then in the end it all comes together.
