Recently I've gotten back into bowling, which I can thank my friend for getting a job at a center, and the quarter games.
I'm still working on trying to set the ball down nicely, and cut down on any loft I have whatsoever. What would be a good way of trying to practice this? The whole "try to throw it at your feet" thing, or is there a secret that's been kept from me so I can be the butt of everybody's jokes when I end up breaking my ankle from the impact of the bowling ball?
Any advice would be much appreciated.
