Just wanted to give a shout out and thanks the the folks at Kegel Training Center in Lake Wales, Florida. I hadn't been to Kegel since Del Warren took over and I must say that between him, Slawinksi, and Stoughton they have a fantastic group there.

Got a few thing sorted out and I've got a little bit of homework to bring home with me.

For those of you who are like me and Kegel seems a bit expensive you should really call and see when their next discount Friday clinic is. I only paid $150 out of pocket and bowled from 9 in the moring until 4:30.
