Someone gave me this ball undrilled and no paper work...

I am believe this is a dry lane ball but is it similar to a plastic ball or what..  Does anybody have any information on this ball..

The Lady Ebonite which came in red and blue was a pearl urethane ball with a pancake weight Block.  If you want to get rid of the rose on the ball just sand the ball. The rose was sanded off very easily
