Has anyone else dealt with Valentino Bowling products
« on: April 29, 2009, 09:07:33 AM »
They have to be the best business company I've ever dealt with, including Lane 1 and Buddies Pro shop, though both of them are also tremendous.

I ordered something from them at 11:30 AM went bowling and when I came home, I had five emails from Valentino Bowling.

One said, we recieved your order, the second said we received your money, the third said the order was being prepared and the fourth said the order was ready for shipping and the fifth said the order has been shipped and here is your shipping doc number.

Is that great customer service or what?

Sometimes I put some Remedy on an old 4000 Abalron pad instead of a microfiber towel and I use it from left to right on the ball to help with the oil rings.  I like to use Remedy at the lanes and Clean and Dull at home.  The tackiness the Remedy gives me on the spot is what I like most.

Their Remedy is great.  I just ordered some UFO to try it.  I also have the Snake oil thats great, but I really don't have an understanding of the Resurrection.  Maybe I'm not using it properly.  Any suggestions?

Thanks,

I purchased UFO and remembered I had it while bowling on fried lanes.  Applied by hand and WOW, it made a difference!  Ball stopped reading early and instead of 'taking off' when encountering friction, it simply provided a smooth, tamed reaction.  Definitely provided the length I needed (with ease).  Cool thing about it, I hit the surface with white scotchbrite (by hand) when we were moved to another pair of lanes, and the ball reacted the same as before I applied UFO (easily removed).  So don't be afraid to carry a worn, high grit abralon/scotchbrite with you in case you have to remove the polish.
