KMT PERSONAL BALL JIG
« on: October 20, 2009, 06:44:25 AM »
I've been getting a lot of questions about drilling procedure, accuracy, and layout with the KMT Personal Ball Jig so I made another video in the pro shop comparing the drill press to the KMT Personal Ball Jig that will hopefully answer all questions.  I also made some improvements that were suggested by several different people.  Go to www.myspace.com/kmtproshop to view the video.

How much does this jig cost and what kind of drill do you use with it and what size of chuck is required?

Any 3/8 inch hand held drill or larger will work.  It comes with 2 bits, span ruler, sanding tool, sand paper, inserts, grease pencil, and instructional video for $349.

Overall a pretty neat looking system for the casual driller. I thought your instructional video was very good for someone looking to get a start in drilling their own equipment.
