Lately, the approaches at my bowling alley seem to be really tacky. Like tacky to the point of your shoe stopping, and when you expect to slide that really does a number on ones knee. I have periodic knee pains as it is (that I should probably get checked out), but lately these approaches seem to make it hurt more regularly, at least while I am bowling.
Now I have found if I wrap a small towel fairly tight around my leg, just above the knee, it relieves a lot of the strain on my knee, and it is no longer painful to bowl. My question is, do they make something like this that is designed to go there? Because I would rather buy something designed for my leg, opposed to using a dirty towel!
Now I can't use a full knee brace, because they don't allow my leg to bend enough, and are way to restricting when I try to slide. I just need something like those tennis elbow braces designed for my knee. Any information about something like this, or anything you guys know on how to solve knee problems is greatly appreciated.
Oh, I am using SST V's with the red heel and the 6 sole (i think).
