Best dry lane ball ?

I need a ball for dryer lanes . I have recently switched from 14# to 15# so need to replace my arsenal . I have bought a Storm triple X which I am very pleased with and I've ordered a storm spare because it's the hardest . So the question is which is the best ball for in-between these two . I was thinking along the lines of a scout reactive or a hotrod.

BTW it can be any make or price.

i got a sling blade and it destroys the pins on dry conditions. and it doesnt take much effort. you wont leave any pins standing . always takes out the 10

Staying with storm a hit or big hit are pretty good dry lane balls. The barbed wire would be a little stronger. In the past I would have said an eraser but they have been discontinued.

Brunswick a power groove resin(really dry) to a monster slay/r.

Columbia a Wild(really dry) to a pearl beast to a wicked.

Barrage.  Better for real dry than the Crisis or most urethanes.  Better even than my previous favorite, the AMF Kick.

I found it to be a little stronger than I expected, but I'm sure that's due to the drilling I used. I threw a balence hole in it to tame a bit of the snap & it's become a great dry ball for me.

What I've found is that it LOVES to be thrown up the back with less side turn than other balls I've used.

If I put too much side on it, I've found I burn a little too much energy on dry heads & leave some flat 10s.

My suggestion for the Slay/r would be that if you're planning on using it on dry lanes place the pin in the "power" position just below & right of the ring finger. But swing the C/G in toward the palm a bit to kill some of the snap.
