What would cause a brunswick a2 to double feed a rack frequently and blackout if it runs with more than 13 pins in the machine?

I dont have any other info, the house i bowl at has a lane they cant put too many pins in or it will double feed.

If you don't get an answer here, have your mechanic try the forums at this site:

http://www.bowltech.com/forums/forum.php

It is geared towards bowling centers (mechanics, lanemen, etc)

Many causes but not possible unless you have at least 20 pins in the machine.
