Pattern play?

I recently bowled a tournament and struggled on this pattern. How would you play this pattern and what type of ball would you use?

38 feet is a tough distance.  Short enough that it feels like there is a lot of hook in, and long enough that if you miss right you will 2-10.  38-41 foot patterns are the types that how you attack them will vary the most from center to center.
