Lateral pitch

Which way does lateral pitch o fingers holes go.  Is that left to right?

Left finger goes left, right finger goes right in 98% of cases. Totally of the 2 pitches has to equal 3/4 of an inch to not meet at the bottom and meet manufacturer warranty specs, along with a 1/4 inch bridge.
