Tonight was our last night of league. We were in third place only by 1/2 of a game. So we won the first game and I bowled a 211. Not bad. But then we learned that we could take second place if the first place team won 2 games. Well, we won all 3 games plus the overall, and finally after the entire season, I get my 2nd 700 series (702) with a 211/235/256. We finished before the first lace team, so we waited to see if we got second place....and we did!!!!! They won the 3rd game and the overall to boost us into second. On our other league, I don't care much for the place which I think was 4th, because we're all going to Las Vegas. Now to take a few weeks off to prepare for our next 2 leagues, bot of which are short 12 week battle of the sexes leagues. My initative, the $2000 first place prize.....2nd isn't bad with $1000.
