Reverse thumb pitch

Ok so I have a span of 5 1/16 x 5 3/16 right now I'm using 7/16 Reverse thumb pitch I need to reduce grip pressure. I have a flexable thumb. And flexable fingers. My fingers are : middle is 0 ring is 1/8 Rev.

What should I change.

Using Ron's principles, I've gone from 7/16 reverse to 1/4 forward. The first trick is getting the span correct as outlined by Ron. The experimentation is worth the time and the effort. Good luck.
