Title: league bowling

my first league game is on saturday any last minute tips/ suggestions/ pointers? i have bowled in this league for 5 years or so but im always open to any helpful tips from more experienced players

Don't lose your concentration on spares.  They are more important than strikes for a good score.  --  JohnP

Johm as a great point, set goals and challenge yourself it will keep you from being bored. Have a good time it is league night no wife/GF just hanging out with the guys!

Dont get lazy.  Stay committed to every shot.  Don't overthink.  Use your first instinct and go for it.

I'll say the opposite of Slider and say get relaxed with a little booze. Just kidding, but concentrate on your spares and try everything before you go to just chucking your spare ball at the pocket.... Like me!

Just please don't come back on here saying how easy the shot is. And that you tried to bowl bad and no matter where you threw the ball it was a srtike. That's what on jerk said on here.

But just go out and have fun.

just have fun no matter what.if you shoot bad then chum around with friends.if you shoot good then the fun happens naturally.
